Free Viral Article Robot - Viral Marketing Software

Well folks, here it is, so get it now while I'm still offering it for free.

It's the Viral Article Robot, a free viral marketing software program that allows you to automatically and robotically submit your viral articles to hundreds of article directories. This is the ultimate tool for web publishing, and web publishing is one the most successful viral marketing methods.

One key to note, is that many article directories will not publish your articles if they are obvious sales letters. To be truly successful with viral article marketing, you need to actually create articles that have valuable content related to your niche, and then add your weblink into the resource box at the end of your article. Now some article directories allow links directly in the articles body, but others do not, so it might be wise to even make two versions of your article for best results.

Now one of the key advantages to this method, is that article directories are frequented by webmasters and ezine publishers looking for content to republish on their sites or in their ezines. If your article is there and relevant to what they niche is, then they might choose your article to republish and help spread your message and website link virally.

Also, when other netsurfers read your article and follow the link to your site in the resource box, not only do you get free traffic, but that traffic comes to your website with the frame of mind that they know a bit of what you're about and they liked your article content enough to want to visit your site. This makes it easier for you to market to them, because they already know who you are, and may even think you are an expert in your topic (Depending of course on the quality of your article). This is why it is also important to put valuable content in your viral articles, because people will feel that you have given them something of value, and they'll come to you looking for more.

So if you want to build up your marketing muscle, then think of the Viral Article Robot as a deluxe marketing muscle weight training machine and download the Viral Article Robot now by visiting ViralMarketingBuzz.com and signing up for a free membership. I may at some point stop giving this program away for free, so don't be surprised if it's no longer offered.

How to Make a Viral Article

How does one make an article viral?

If you've been following my blog, you're probably starting to get the idea of what to do to make a viral article, as the rules of viral marketing can easily be applied to many applications.

First of all the article needs to have quality content that a reader will find useful and want to read. This requires a good attention grabbing headline, a good lead in paragraph to generate interest, and relevant content.

Second, you add in the viral marketing aspect which means creating incentive to pass the article on, publish it, refer it to friends, or create buzz through word of mouth. There are a few ways to do this as listed below.
  • Include content that will make people feel good about passing it on. This could be an inspiring story, information about a just cause, or something humorous.
  • Offer a monetary cash reward for publishing or passing on the article. There are many ezine owners, and webmasters looking for content to publish to their subscribers and visitors. If you add an affiliate link in the resource box and let them know that they can publish the article and change the affiliate link to their own, then any sales made through that published link will credit them with the commission. They will be happy to choose your article over others without brandable affiliate links in them. This works particularly well to your benefit if the affiliate link is for your own affiliate program, or a 2-tier affiliate program that would mean if they sign up through your link, you get a 2nd tier commission when they make commissions through their own link. Take note of this, and when possible use 2 tier affiliate programs for your links.
  • Offer something of benefit. Put in your resource box that if they visit your site, they can get a free ebook, free report, a newsletter, free membership to your site, product discount, or some other incentive that would be of value to them. Not only does this encourage people to visit your site from the article, but it also means webmasters and ezine publishers will be encouraged to use your article, because they'll feel it is of value to their readers and visitors.
  • Mention in the resource box that, "This article is free for reproduction but must be reproduced in its entirety & this copyright statement as well as all links must be included." This will make it so that anyone who reads the article wherever it is published may decide to republish it, and then others who read those publications may also decide to republish and so on and so on. This can create a true viral marketing effect.
  • Add a tell-a-friend or send-a-friend script to the end of the article and ask readers to pass it on if they found it of value and think their friends may find it of value too. Most article directories will not allow this in their submission forms, but some of them will add it automatically when they publish the articles.
Third thing to do, is to take action and actually publish your article. No one will ever spread your viral article if they never have a chance to see it. So make sure to publish it when you complete it.

I'll go into more detail in my next post on how to publish your viral articles easily to hundreds and even thousands of websites will very little effort, and I'll even give you a free software tool to automate the whole process. So stay tuned to the Viral Marketing Buzz Blog.

Viral Article Marketing

Many marketers have claimed that viral article marketing is the best way to get traffic to your site. Now we certainly have no way to confirm that it's the BEST way to get traffic, because there are too many factors involved, but since they believe so strongly in the power of viral article marketing, you know it's effective.

Viral article marketing can also help boost your rankings in the search engines by helping your site receive many non-reciprocal backlinks which google judges as more important than reciprocal links.

Basically, viral article marketing involves creating an article related to your niche, and inputting a link to your site in the resource box at the end, as well as a message that says something like "This article is free for reproduction but must be reproduced in its entirety & this copyright statement as well as all links must be included."

Now anyone who reads the article and likes it, is given permission to publish the article on their own site, and when they do so, you receive more publicity and traffic from their site, as well as a backlink that google will appreciate and reward you for with higher rankings.

As this viral article spreads more and more, you just keep receiving increasing numbers of traffic to your site. A truly viral system. Of course the article content you create needs to be good quality relevant stuff that people will want to publish.

If you want to know more, then check back to the blog throughout the next few days as I add some hints, tips, and strategies for doing article marketing successfully.

I'll also be offering a free viral article submitter software, and telling you about a way to make your articles MORE viral by offering publishers a rewarding incentive to post your articles to their sites. These techniques can easily double, triple or more your articles viral marketing effectiveness.

Viral Ads and Viral Advertising

Creating viral ads is a great way to do viral advertising and make an ad self-propagating. A viral ad is an ad that people feel is worth telling others about, and so they do, spreading the message virally.

Viral ads need to be designed in such a way as to stimulate the emotions of the viewer in a way that leaves a memorable impression. It must also stand out as being significant and/or relevant enough to give incentive to be passed on to friends and associates.

Here are the definitions of the words "significant" and "relevant" as cut & pasted from Dictionary.com

significant
adj 1: important in effect or meaning; "a significant change in tax laws"; "a significant change in the Constitution"; "a significant contribution"; "significant details"; "statistically significant"
2: Having or likely to have a major effect; important.
3: Having or expressing a meaning; meaningful.

relevant
adj 1: having a bearing on or connection with the subject at issue; "the scientist corresponds with colleagues in order to learn about matters relevant to her own research"

For example: if the viral ads are significantly funny, then they may wish to pass it on to their friends based on the fact that their friends will get a good laugh out of it. Viral ads that are funny, tend to be the most self-propagating form of viral advertising. Viral ads that are relevant to topics of interest of ones friends may also have enough of a viral effect to instigate the viewer to pass it on to a friend whom they know is looking for such relevant things related to their topic of interest. Not only should such an ad be relevant though, but also have some value, such as information or news about the topic. In this case though, there may be only a select few who would know someone that would want to see such a relevant viral ad.

Humor seems to appeal to a large majority of the population, which is likely why it is such an effective viral incentive. Every ad is relevant to something, usually to a niche market related to the ads product or service. If the ad is both relevant and significant to a person's interests then it is very likely that friends and associates who view the ad may mention it or send it on to that person who it is relevant to. In this case, the ad will be truly viral if there is a method in place to make it easy for the viral ad to be sent to that person: such as through the use of a tell-a-friend script or forwarding email.

It is usually best that the viral ads don't appear to be ads at all, since many people are unwilling to try to sell things to their friends, particularly when there's nothing in it for them. If the viral ad is cloaked within an article that has relevant and significant content, then you will probably have a higher propagation rate.

Another way, is to give the viewer an incentive (Such as an affiliate commission if a sale is made through their referral) to pass the message on to a friend. This may be too much work for them to bother in many cases, unless you make it extremely easy for them to sign up as an affiliate without much trouble. Perhaps by only requiring them to input their paypal email into a simple form that is connected to a tell-a-friend script and sends a commission to their paypal account if a sale is made through their referral. If it's simple, it has a higher chance of becoming viral. If they are required to fill out all their details into a form, agree to affiliate terms, then click a verification link in an email, then get an affiliate link, and then still have to promote it to their friends in some way; This is just getting too complicated, and if they only know one person who it's relevant to, then their chances of making a sale through the referral are slim at best, and the effort put in may not pay them a dime for their effort.

There has to be an incentive for passing on your viral ads, and it doesn't have to be commissions. Generally people pass on jokes or significant relevant content because their incentive is to feel the value of being the friend who made them laugh, or gave them a lead to some information that they found some value in. If you can offer them commissions as well for passing on your message, then I recommend it, because the more incentive there is to pass it on, the more likely they will do so.

So, to sum it up: Make things simple, significant and relevant to your target market, give people incentives, and people will reward you by propagating your viral ads.

What makes a good Word of Mouth Viral Buzz

So what makes a business buzzworthy? What encourages people to spread your viral marketing message through word of mouth?

All you have to do is make your business the ultimate business! Something so good and so memorable, people will want to tell others about it.

Mark Joyner suggest using what he calls "The Irresistable Offer". Make your customers an offer that is so good that it is simply irresistable. Something that no-one who is interested in your niche would pass up, because they are getting a deal like no other! Absolute value and a high return on their investment.

-If you offer something that everyone is offering, then no-one's going to tell their friends about it.
-If you offer something in a unique and memorable way then you're getting closer.
-If you offer something in a unique way that gives massive value, then you're starting to get hot.
-If you offer something in a unique way that gives massive value, AND you give them a simple way to tell others, then you're on fire!
-If you offer something in a unique way that gives massive value, you give them a simple way to tell others, AND you give them extra incentive to tell others, then you're so hot you're gunna EXPLODE!

If you take a look at Hotmail and Napster, two businesses that have proven their worth in word of mouth marketing, you can see that they fit the description.

Hotmail
What's unique about their offer? Well it's not so unique anymore, but at the time they were one of the first companies to give away free e-mail accounts.
Massive Value? They were giving it away for FREE, which means you don't lose anything for trying it, and many people who didn't even have internet at home, could now have an email account to check at their friends house, schools, or libraries.
Now how about the simple way to tell others about it? They put a small advertisement at the bottom of all outgoing emails, so as their customers used their service, everyone receiving emails from hotmail users also received an ad telling them where they can get a hotmail account. Plain and simple, and it spread like wildfire!
Extra incentive? People who are using email want to be able to contact all their friends via email, so they want to tell others who don't have email, so they can contact them via email.

Napster
What's unique about their offer? They were allowing you to search the database of napster users to find any kind of music you might be interested in.
Massive value? You could download that music for FREE!
Easy way to tell others about it? In this case I don't think they made it any simpler than word of mouth, but it spread quickly because the value was so good & offer so unique.
Extra incentive? Users want as many people to get on board, because the more users there are, the more choice of downloadable music there will be.

So, to sum it up, let's put it into a viral marketing formula:

Unique Offer + Massive Value + Easy Way to Tell Others + Extra Incentive for telling others = Explosion of Word of Mouth Viral Marketing Buzz!

Does that sound about right? Did I miss anything?
Try to implement this viral marketing formula into your business and see what happens.

Viral Marketing Blog Promoter Script

Okay, it seems some people are asking about the viral blog promoter script that I'm offering to those who tell-a-friend about ViralMarketingBuzz.com. I'll tell you here just what it is, and how to use it to start receiving viral traffic.

I'm sure you know what a blog is, because you're reading one right now. What you may not know is that blogging is fast becoming one of the most popular things on the internet for both internet marketers and everyone else as well. If you haven't started a blog yet and you're an internet marketer, then I'd recommend you do.

Anyways, the viral blog promoter script is a simple script that creates a small table when used on a website that lists all the chicklet icons for subscribing to your rss blog feed via any of the feed reader software programs on the market. Most blog owners also have a website, and if they do, they will usually have their blog syndicated, so that others can subscribe to their blog via their feed-reader software. However, there is a lot of feed-reader software out there, and they require different links to subscribe properly.

With the viral blog promoter script, you can offer blog owners an all-in-one subscribe link table to add to their website. This can save them a lot of trouble from having to get each feed subscribe chicklet icon to post on their page.

How Does the Viral Blog Promoter Script Work Virally?

Good question to ask. When you download it, there are two ways to use it. First you can just use it on your website for your own blog feed subscriptions. Second, you can turn it into a viral marketing tool.

To turn it into a viral marketing tool, all you have to do is follow the simple instructions in the readme file that it comes with. You simply have to setup the script on your own site and brand it with your site name and URL. Then you give other blog owners the instructions on how to edit, cut & paste a simple piece of code into their websites, so that the blog subscribe links table shows up on their site. You can also tell them to pass on those instructions to any and all who may like to use it.

When the table shows up on their site, it has a link advertisement at the bottom for your website. This way others will spread your advertisement around the internet, via this useful viral blog promoter script, and you will get many backlinks to your website, as well as visitors who click on your links.

I have tested the script myself to see how it works. It is very easy to use, with simple instructions to follow. If you want to download it, all you have to do is visit ViralMarketingBuzz.com, click on the Tell-a-Friend link at the bottom, and tell 3 friends about my website. Then you'll get the download link via e-mail.

Good luck with it.

Viral Marketing Software - Tell-a-Friend Script

If you want your Viral Marketing to be successful, one of the key elements you must address, is to give your viral message a simple way to be reproduced, republished, and/or re-told over and over again.

When is comes to word of mouth marketing, it is always easy to spread a viral message by telling your friends about it (If you remember to). With internet viral marketing, there is another powerful way to propogate your message to many others, and make it easy for your website visitors to do so. That way, is by using a viral marketing software script called Tell-a-Friend.

How Tell-a-Friend Works

It's quite simple really, and a lot of your probably understand the concept, but I will reiterate it here for those who don't know. Once the script is installed, you simply can click on a link to Tell-a-Friend about the website, then you're offered boxes to fill in the e-mail addresses of friends you want to tell about the site, fill in your own email and name, then click send. Your friends receive emails with a short note about the site which was either automated or editable by you in the form.

This method works great if people use your tell-a-friend script, but why would they use it?

Tell-a-Friend Motivators

1)
Because your site is incredible, exciting, funny, and just plain buzz-worthy to the point that they want their friends to know about it. (This is the ideal situation for a viral marketing campaign).
2) Because you're offering them a reward or incentive for telling their friends about the site. (This is a powerful motivator, as behaviourist psychologists have noted that people learn and co-operate best when given rewards for their accomplishments).
3) Other... please post a comment on other motivators that you have thought of.

These motivators are important to study, because within those simple concepts can be the potential for many different kinds of motivation ideas. I suggest that to get your visitors motivated the most, that you should be incorporating any and every form of motivation that you can think of. Although beware not to confuse your visitors either. Give them the motivation, and then make it simple and easy for them to follow the steps of using the tell-a-friend script.

If you can motivate visitors to tell others about your site, you may be in for a growing enslaught of traffic.

PS - If you haven't yet become a member of ViralMarketingBuzz.com, it's 100% FREE and upon joining you will be sent a download link for a FREE Tell-a-Friend script. (Also available for download in the members area, if you missed the email just login to your account to download)

Thursday, June 08, 2006

Let the viral marketing buzz, and buzz it will.

There is a free tell-a-friend script that you can download now in the members area of ViralMarketingBuzz.com. If you haven't downloaded it yet, I highly recommend it. If you're not a member yet, you can join for free.

-This script will allow you to easily create tell-a-friend plain links, in page forms, and pop-ups.
-It has an option to use a check box to also sign up to your mailing list or newsletter.
-And it has a usage statistics report to show you how many people have been referred using the tell-a-friend script.

This script is a truly valuable viral marketing tool for your site. Just follow the easy instructions to install it on your website and your visitors will start telling others about your site.

Here's a hint to increase the number of referrals. Offer an incentive such as an ebook or downloadable gift, then login to the tell-a-friend admin, click on "Manage Templates", and edit the "told.txt" file by adding your download link for the incentive gift.

Mention the free gift incentive on your webpage and your visitors will be telling all their friends about your site to get their gift. Your marketing message will be virally spread around.

Good luck with it!
